This includes Jane. Time for some new blood in the leadership space. Old ideas need to be kicked to the curb and open the door for the new ones.
One thing for sure “more of the same” is not working.

New leadership needed at Citi period!
I agree with the original poster. Citi is where is it now because of leadership failure! Time to hold them accountable, i.e. remove and replace them with new generation of leadership!
