The vast majority of IT very capable and hardworking people. But hiring a 'leader' who has little apparent background in either IT or security is simply STAGGERING and sadly increasing!
Unfortunately this applies to Stacy Stika who didn't have to go through an interview for her job. After delivering essentially nothing, Stacy was given another team she is running in the ground. She copies and pastes because she is not a technical person and her business skills are greatly lacking. The level of drama and politics is off the charts.
Make sure the Tech Mahindra people have current current certifications, expired is not a good sign. Sure they are cheap but seriously make sure you let patients know offshore people are involved with aspect of their data.
While layoffs hit they continued with the consultants who are bringing no value. Layoffs in IT are done by forcing people out.
