All after either the first or the second round of interviews - all of which I believed went well. This is so disheartening. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm desperate to leave Optum but the way things have been going, I'll be stuck here forever (unless I'm laid off, that is).

AdderallBuyersClub - Did you find that fiverr successfully allowed you to gain more interviews?
I got hit with some age discrimination I would never be able to prove by HCA. If they send you a link to a personality test, do NOT fill in the birthdate if you are in your 50's and up... possibly even 40's. I suspect getting your age is the real intent, with the personality test being secondary.
Sorry you keep getting rejected. One thing I will suggest is to apply to jobs you really dont want in order to help your interview process solidify. I did this for about 20 or so interviews. By the time I was ready to apply to a job I really wanted, I had gone in there at ease and just blew the interview process out of the water. I didnt even make it back on the highway before they called me with a verbal offer. Also, I would suggest going on fiverr and buying a resume review service for like $50 bucks or so.
Apply overseas thats where all US jobs are heading
You might not be doing anything wrong. Despite what the MSM tries to get you to believe as they endlessly gush about the jiggered government jobs data, the REAL job market is a massive stinking pile of cr-p. Here's a good read: https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/inside-todays-jobs-report-885000-full-time-jobs-lost-offset-1127-million-part-time-jobs.
Tyrannical applicant tracking software and rigid-thinking HR personnel and hiring managers only add to the problem. Make sure you know how ATS works. Here's a good resource if you don't: https://www.jobscan.co/
Also, make sure you understand what's really going on in the country so you can try to "skate to where the puck is headed," whatever that means for your situation. Here's an excellent primer to get you started" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xguam0TKMw8
Keep applying, but make the most of your income while you have it. As the economy continues to implode and the American Empire continues to decline, increasing numbers of workers will be losing their income.
Hang in there.
