Just watched earnings town hall on Up online .1 hour long , very revealing . Jim and group answered bunch of questions. Read between their words spoken folks. Expect a lot of change at rr.

True.. They can’t do anything but themselves… But if they see 2 other employees together.. Then we need to make some cuts.. I wish nothing but the worst, for this group

I hate Jimmy but at least he was more up front the politician Lance. Jimmy said cuts are coming and I believe him. Lance never answered a question directly. The A-Hole wouldn’t admit his own name if asked. Jimmy and the gang recognize cuts won’t improve the railroad. They need to actually move freight. He said it himself I can’t make quick changes. He told wallstreet and UP there are no levers to pull for quick paydays.
He also talked about inflation and the economy su-ks duh it’s companies like the one he runs why people are not buying anything. But he’s a 65yr old business man so yea just get rid of everyone.
It’s all charades…like shuffling deck chairs on a ship….Jimmy and friends have to look like they’re doing SOMETHING…. Just cut whatever jobs your cutting and get on with it….Maybe it’s with contractors, definitely less people BUT at the end of the day, REGARDLESS OF WHO IS DOING THE WORK, this railroad will run exactly the same….load cars…pull freight
