Looking over at the people waiting for an offer vs people who have an offer, seems like most people who were going to receive offers have got them.
The only offers remaining are the severance offers.

@flf+1phu6RRR exactly, offers have been sent out in order of priority.... which means if you don't have one, you're not a priority.
JFC just stop.
Many without offer have been told by their leadership to expect one at the end of the week. Offers were sent out in priority of BU, and some haven't been gotten to yet. There are more coming. Our entire division of 300 engineers working on unique product features have not received letters. Nor the PMs or managers on it.
You know absolutely nothing beyond what is said in unofficial and yet believe you understand what is going on.

so, you saying you know what percent of population already got offer and the once didn't? if yes, what the % of R&D that received offer, please do give the split for the other departments too.
