Makes sense. That’s money that can be used for the queen of HR’s employee tracking tools so she can lord over the organization. It’s more important to micromanage the company and keep track of employee onsite time than it is for those employees to have decent work tools to do their jobs, have a meaningful work experience, or to have DEI in the workplace. SMH Truly a sad situation.

“The new HR regime”—it’s more like a dictatorship with that one. Tracking on-site time and threatening termination to those that don’t or can’t comply. Spending millions on the tools to do this so she can track reports. Has she looked at how easy it is get a job elsewhere? She’s hyper focused on all of the wrong things. Clock watching rather than results watching. It’s hard to believe this was the best person that could be found for this very important role.

I'm sure it'll be more than middle management. The new HR regime and their onsite versus remote work tracking will nail several.

Oh, and pick me!! I'm so over working here. It's gotten ridiculous.
