the "all necessary jurisdictions" thing is a result of bad reporting by the media and people seeing what they wanted to see instead of what was actually said.

Isn't BC stupid to claim it already got "all necessary jurisdictions" before it got approval from China? Now BC is slapped in the face if it can't close on time.
China will give BC a lesson. guess pending for half year at least, and possible one year or just fail it.
