It's sad that this is what everyone is hearing. See I had worked for Geico and for the last two years, they let 10% from each department go every 6 months. But they have a small spike and announce it and then it's suddenly a big deal. I was let go in July and I was top 5% for 3 months. They are digging to find reasons to terminate people. Then play it off like the spikes are the only times they have let people go.

Same here - no severance, good performance. I was able to find a fairly good job very quickly, I was lucky...

Same here. I was let go in July. No severance or anything. I was top quartile in several categories. I’m sorry that it happened to you too.
