did you ever grow since you joined? did you do all the jobs and the money is taken by useless senior members, they either do nothing or just do stupid things?
think all these through and you know what to do.

I know exactly what to do - more of the same if they let me, it's been a good run and I've been well looked after for some big years in my career.
can not agree more. we did all the hard work, and tech leads/upper management either do nothing, or lead on the wrong direction. now things are messed up, they took all the money and we are laid off.
Hock will regret buying this sh..t , and once he finds it out, things will not end good for all.
