They just told us that UTP is picking up, no more lay-offs. They gave us this song and
dance that we are going to thrive. But fiber isn't doing so well. Of course they told us things would pick up every month. My trust in any of these suit people is gone. The stocks are just low. People if you believe this BS you are d-mb, of course they want us to think everything is going to pick up. Im looking around for something solid. Next year I won't be there. This has been the worst company ever.

I’ve been at commscope 43 years and haven’t known them to be honest about anything in the last 20 years!
I’ve worked in the cabling business for nearly 30 years and at Siecor then Corning, Draka then to Commscope. Back in 2000 We seen the huge turn in business conditions. It was like the faucet was turned off. Corning went from nearly 1200 employees to 300 in three years of layoffs. Now at Commscope we have the same thing again happening. We have hit a wall. I’m thinking it will take at least another year or two before things really turn around. But heck what do I know? I’m just a simpleton.
