I’m not surprised. They are outsourcing that as well.
Not surprised. As a hiring manager, I am not impressed with the TA team. I did the recruiting and candidate outreaches myself because TA work was not up to my expectations. TA is partially responsible for bringing in toxic employees that only further deteriorate the culture of this place.
I say, clean house. And continue to clean house in TA.
About 100 RIF on 10/26. Very sad.
Over 90 staff members.
