The last few weeks, leadership have been collecting job aids. Then a lot of 15 to 30 minute team meetings with managers scheduled for today, 10/26. I hope everyone finds another job quickly.

Quality is just a buzzword to them, they have no idea how you get it.
Is it weird.. that during this focus on quality the company is on that they RIF’d our entire UAT staff? Our only quality check before going to the customer..
I wish mine would get laid off also.

Both of the bosses I reported to got laid off. total blindside. Now our department is left in limbo with no direction on projects or any indication of what's next

confirmed, just had a meeting where 7 people were laid off in UHCT
