With SCIII in now charge for Canada Gas. Hearing a big shakeup will happen soon. Wonder if it will be before or after Christmas.

Looks like one of the few middle managers who benefits from the constant org changes and inherent toxicity found thelayoff.
Imagine thinking our management have articulated some great vision lol….they are the ones who created this insanity and are causing toxicity throughout the organization. Enjoy your severance package.

Did ya'll ever think that all these leaks are by design? Corporations need to be competitive and stakeholders that resist or live by the past that created this insanity need to get off the bus! This is not 10 or 20 years ago! You bring lots of expertise for this company and have great lessons learned to bring innovative vision but you need to let go of the culture of blaming and resistance to change. If you don't see the vision stop bringing toxicity to those around you that are working towards the goal and take your unhappiness elsewhere. You are the creators that will ruin this company. Let go and move on.
