I think there is a lot of politics going on in the background with the US finally clamping down on Chinese theft of US technology. Will the Chinese be allowed to block mergers of US companies? If that happens there will be a massive sh1t show. I believe they will take it to the 12th hour then agree. It’s all about saving face for china, now they are being shown up as the thieves they are.
