Sometime this week? Could be still Oct. 30, or it will be postponed?

COB Monday.
The merger agreement says that the deal must close on November 27. October 30 is an arbitrary date that BC chose because that’s the beginning of their fiscal year.
If they postponed the deal, then that would leave a large number of employees in countries that can’t be made an offer dangling after making offers to those that already received them. That would make absolutely no sense at all.
It’s happening on or before 30th Oct, just like Hock has always said it would.
If all the offer letters are rolled out and then the deal is postponed for, say, one month, then what we do? continue business as usual for one more month?
