Safe RN roles Aetna?

What would be the best bet for a work from home nursing role within the company least likely to be taken over by AI/overseas? Appeals RN? Quality review? Any areas that haven't gone totally to sh-t and still have jobs they like with adequate staff/leadership? Trying to figure out next moves for just in case I'm replaced with a bot or overseas staff to get the longest amount of time before having to leave the company.

I think the biggest issue I am seeing, is that even if you want to leave your current role. There aren’t positions available. Our dept needs more staff but we can’t get it approved.

Unfortunately, nothing seems “safe” today. Be open and flexible and learn new skills and technology and save and invest as much as possible to be ready for unemployment or early retirement. We need to all be taking care of ourselves because big companies or governments won’t be. There is no such thing as loyalty anymore it seems and every person for themselves. What will be there for future generations in terms of work and careers when AI and bots take over a large number of jobs? Will education systems advance to prepare future generations sufficiently??!! Nothing seems to be keeping up with the pace of change and people won’t be ready for what the future brings.

NCAU (appeals) is currently hiring RN’s but that is due to the high turnover. They micro manage nurses right out the door.
