More top-level changes seem likely. Management has made it clear that they don’t care about employee wellbeing. I think everyone knows that the doors are open. These are challenging times.

I dont expect management to care about my wellbeing nor do I want them to.its purely a transactional arrangement for me,I agreed their price,if I feel theyre trying to milk it,well let's just say at the end of the day I'm the one in control of output.
