Please remember to be kind and respectful with your words, even on an anonymous platform. Their are alot of people on this site who are in a vulnerable state. We're all deserving of kindness and a little patience when going thru hard times. You never know the tipping point or extreme pressure people are under. Let's not be irresponsible with our words by being so harsh with each other when responding. It's misguided frustration.

good grief.. you're placing the burden of this mess on the wrong group. Corporations are the rough reality. Its about the mighty dollar. Grow up people. Go find a new job or enjoy the one you're offered. Its just a job.
If you want kind words, then don't stay at BC. You won't like their dog-eat-dog culture.
Sure, kindness is a great thing. But, let's be real: the folks who are under "extreme pressure" are there on their own accord. The writing has been on the wall for a year and a half.

@OP - apparently you don’t know what anonymity does to people.
If you are weak of mental strength to deal with this, I suggest you go elsewhere for consultation.
A decent place, like Twitter, I mean X, which is not owned by a mean psychopath.
Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me.
For most people, this situation ends badly. Don't put a positive spin on it.
It is what it is, but will create new opportunities for many. Move on, stay strong!
You won't miss being put on a treadmill in constant fear of losing your job at BC.
