Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Quiet quitting

Most of Fiserv has quiet quit due to severe layoffs, RTO for people who haven’t worked in an office for 20 years, horrible raises that haven’t kept up with cost of living, 3%match 401k, and now living proof for weekend overtime. Why wouldn’t they just do their job for 8 hours and not a minute more? Why ki-l yourself for a company who has raged war with their biggest asset.. their employees?

There is no one for backup when you need to be gone…I don’t make enough to take my work with me

So they insist on passing out new laptops…no power cords… that laptop has no need to be lugged back and forth to home as I’m not purchasing a power cord for it…still an old laptop

The burden is definitely on client facing associates as there is no one backing them up internally anymore it’s the wild Wild West. Losing credibility daily with key clientele.

Quiet quitting is what Europe calls working an honest 8 hour day. Work the 8 hours you're paid for but don't shift the burden to co-workers.
