Very happy with my letter. Upside is 10% more than prior for bonus and new RSUs plentiful. Couldn't be happier. The big question is how much harder, if any, will it be to achieve 100% of the OTE.

Point for point, I am in the same boat as the OP. I have spoken with a handful of TAMs today, and am aware of only one of them that had not received a letter as of mid-day today. But it is still early in the week.
Also, from what I've heard through the grapevine, I get the sense that Broadcom individual contributors hit their OTE pretty consistently.
The big question now is how the job role will change, if at all.
Do we know if all TAMs in the US have got offers?
What's the designation?
