Does anyone know what percent CVS paid for employees versus dependents? For example, when electing benefits, did CVS pay %100 of the employee's portion and %50 of the dependents? Trying to gauge what Cobra at full cost is going to be AFTER the severance period. Not wanting to be without coverage, so trying to make a decision before 10/31. We have not received our final paperwork that I assumed I would have by my last day of employment this past weekend.

According to the paperwork I received our current rates will remain the same:
The Company will subsidize COBRA costs during the Severance Pay Period by paying the health insurance provider an amount equal to the current Company contribution for similarly situated active employees (up to a maximum of 18 months).
