Hey all! Got my offer today and it mentions an RSU grant. Can anyone confirm if those RSU's replace the existing unvested RSU's we have or if they're in addition? It seems like it can't be in addition. Good luck to all!

The RSU grant listed in your offer letter is net-new, in addition to any VMware RSU grants that you already have. Your existing RSU grants will be converted to an equivalent amount of Broadcom stock after closing, and will follow the existing vesting schedule.
unvested VMware RSUs are addressed in the offer letter. you can also get the answer on the internal slack channel. limiting what I post publicly
