no single EUC offer yet. Let's all wait.
Saw something floating in the unofficial channel that the welcome letter may come from EUC directly instead of Broadcom. Haven’t heard that before.
no EUC response yet on this site. I guess there is sth going on with EUC being treated differently as many other people have suspected. Be patient.
My guess, the delay is due to restating the EUC BU P&L numbers. No savvy PE buyer would accept Shankar's creative accounting practices without a full audit. That takes time.
Nothing else to share until the PE deal is finalized. Please be patient. We are working as quickly as possible to bring EUC to a close.

Wait for the Private Equity acquirer to reach out. The EUC purchase is nearly done.
EUC will be the last to receive welcome letters/offers.
