New CEO is randomly having us work on "projects", overseeing these projects and gradually adding on more responsibilities with no pay increase at all. Today I got told I would be on a team for rph consulting. I'm a CSA, I take inbound calls. Suddenly I'm making outbound calls on top of inbound calls and now this? What is going on????

I'm not a CM, but from publicly available information Optum is shelving auro decisions based on algorithms or AI. Human interaction is required. Search Google with keywords optim navihealth. They discontinued tech driven decisions somewhat.. so good more work for CM
