Kern county just announced they are laying off 2 techs. In our shop we are going to only have 12 techs left and we still only average 4 to 7 jobs a day and mostly service calls.

Our shop in California lost two - we have gone from over 50 guys down to 10 so far in the last 4 or 5 years. Hearing another round likely come January as this cut-back was only to pay for the Nexstar contract.
Just hang until the wheels fall off and then collect unemployment.
On a Sunday they made the announcement?
