When will FB go above 3% contributions? Most companies are between 5% and 7%. Does he bench mark us against McDonald’s?

Sorry chief, not gonna happen. Frank has done everything in his power to reduce employee benefits and if you think that he is going to sacrifice another house, boat, plane or jet ski to make you happy, you are delusional.
Frank will gladly reduce the company contribution down to zero.
Yeah, Been at Fislave a LONG time and the best they've ever contributed was 3% and when I started, you had to contribute 6% to get their 3%. Not sure how it works now since I max out my contributions every year. Anything 'they' give me is a plus
Used to be 6% match before fall 2008 economic collapse. They said at the time, the slash to 3 was temporary until the economy recovered...
Company gives zero sh--s about the employees. Only shareholders matter to the C suite.
I doubt that will happen. FB was visibly irritated when they brought back that 3% shortly after he started. This was on one of the all hands meetings.
