Why do people criticize anyone for commenting on this sight that is either concerned about being layed off or has been layed off? That is what this site is for! If you don’t like it…why are you trolling this site and insulting people? if you are not in either category? Why don’t you move on!!!

I do not think always Trolls are the PR/Dell
Often enough I do not agree with what is posted - not being executive - I often won't know all the details but as a manager you see things that are literally impossible to happen to know knowledge you have (APO,GTM and 3+ months outlook) .
It's board to help people understand situation
example - now in EMEA we see 10% staff reduction however some countries would see nearly 20% .
Why ? Reductions from February and late September overlap in some countries that have highly regulated work councils and some may end up at Feb '24 - but that isn't major outbreak , it's how fast some of the countries agree to form and reasons for layoffs or job reassignments .
Not the case in NA - so usually NA goes first before EMEA and APJ
Everyone who is trolling and questioning the poster's judgement or bias is very likely to be a paid troll by Dell. Ignore those comments - they belong to people who are paid to write those.
I have a feeling that the trolls are just dell PR people trying to distract the rest
