Anyone else think the redeployments are just a way to postpone layoffs til after the first of the year? Reps are being moved to UHC member services to handle calls about UHC MC during open enrollment.

Yup I was redeployed and I got hired somewhere else and leaving this week
It is happening in many legacy CHC cost centers. It started a couple of weeks ago and is still rolling out.
our department has lost 20 to redeployment.
So people have already received emails? I thought it was to start later.
