Be more specific, It depends on the country, some countries legally can t receive the letter yet. They can't send all the letter in 1 day , we are 38 k people, they will go by departments so stop saying people who didn t receive will be lay off. It is obvious some will get it first. And the US for sure will be the one informed first, Europe has too many laws protecting the employee, so it is more complicated to announce it and the terms and conditions are more strict fro Broadcom
Q2C IT operations team most of them received offer letter except some them are not, what is that mean, employees who did not receive offer letter are going to get laid off.
