I was told it’s because of how our IT org implemented it. IT with over 2K people…700 alone dedicated to the enterprise. HR , finance , supply chain, marketing etc.
Yes, Workday is poorly designed, but it's the way that Q uses it that is the main problem. The problem is the process far more than the tool. Hopefully, that's not the case at Google.
and I still across it at qualcomm and google
workday was made to satisfy the requirements of HR and not its users. unfortunately, good user experience costs monies and HR does not care about how users feel about using workday.
