LOL. Sooooo Splunk just sold for $28B on $3.6B In revenue. VMware for $67B for $13.61B in revenue, yet VMware is over valued? With the massive amounts of compute coming due to AI that will likely be too expensive for cloud? Hock got a deal!

Vmware was poorly run. Hock will make it into a money printing machine.

BC allowed to walk away from the deal for free? There are termination fees, 1.5 billion, if BC walks away, this includes cases where BC has to call off the deal if not approved by all necessary regions.

It’s more likely deal will go through even if delayed

"Overpriced" based on what metric? HT has an excellent opportunity to clean up the bottom line and to manage this as a business. Not some social experiment
