I received an offer like this. The email was aDocuSign to my vmware address and the title included "Welcome Letter." I don't have to do anything to accept the offer, but a few hours later, I received information on how to register in the Broadcom HR Integration Portal. For me:
same base salary
higher target bonus
RSU's
super generic title
name of direct manager (different from my current one)
