@5gvy+1peC9NTo Don't forget all the new tools and ways of working through sales effectiveness. And extra help from Mexico. Both are BS. Mexico hires are not working out and no one wants to call that out so we keep pretending. HR leaders are covering up for the failure in Mexico.

Less than 20% of sales reps hit their quotas in any given segment in the last three years. While quotas have doubled each year for the last three years, commissions have been reduced by two-thirds. Add all that together and you have a demoralized sales force that has to sell much more to make substantially less. Experienced sales people have exited in droves this year. That's why sales are down and the company is way off the sales goal.
So much for valuing our employees.

There is a -65% turnover for the 1st year. That means only about 35% make it past 12 months.

Based on that only about 20% hit their plan.

In their first year? Don't know. Less than 50% for all sales.
