can’t speak to other areas of the company, but if they are slicing US support I am sure TB has no problem slicing anyone else. the plan is very clear. create a support center in bogota for a fraction of the price, have the US team train them. Offer no raises or promotions to the US team moving forward. once TB thinks bogota has been brought up to speed, bye bye US support. Why else would they keep everyone in the dark? the first round of layoffs we knew via AN EMAIL. typical TB fashion is to blindside current loyal employees to make the numbers. they already have a CEO, they are just waiting to make these unpopular changes to announce. you are replaceable- always have been!
