Oh no. They just lick bigger, older butts at the new place. I have seen people have excellent careers licking butts.
@cov you probably haven't worked elsewhere. Unlike Q, in a faang your direct manager(also your lead) holds enormous power over your career. So you'd need do much more butt licking and working on weekends to impress your manager
