Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

No more Remote Positions!

If you have access to CCI Reports…there is a report you can run to see who is Remote.

There are a high number of VPs, Directors, and Managers who work from the comfort of their easy chairs at home.

We need to raise our voices against this unfair status, if I need to relocate so should every position!

The pretty kids in Houston have never worked. Can’t wait to watch this disaster unfold. I wonder how much each side of the business sells.

Pretty sure the hate towards Canonsburg is towards the mgmnt not line staff. What will you all do without people forced to laugh at your jokes and be impressed with your big brains (not). No more captive audience for you.

Remote positions have already been told they are being reclassified as hybrid and will have to make the choice of relocating so this post is moot. Also, your terrible, condescending attitude toward remote workers is disgusting. I know people in remote positions that work longer hours and accomplish more than office roles. It sounds like someone is jealous and bitter. And why so much hate towards Canonsburg?? Seeing all the absolute hate in these posts is starting to make me thinking leaving this company will be a blessing in disguise. This kind of childish, hateful behavior is not something I can stand behind. Best of luck to everyone affected. There are better opportunities out there.

Remote status for anyone who supports Towers is being revoked and asked to relocate, so I don’t know why you’re all panicking.

That one message here said "y'all" 14 times. That is all.

Just to clarify. Some employees listed as remote are because their offices are temporarily closed while their new office is being constructed. We still work hard for the few months we are home. We switch back to hybrid when we report to the new office. Just sayin.

You assume too much. I don’t even like Cheetos.

These Remote people are ridiculous, they sit around in their underwear all day eating Cheetos, while office people commute into the office in business attire.

All Remote Positions Need To Be Abolished ASAP…I will make this my duty to see that this happens.

Business Support supports the business and not the little people, as does your connection. Class action is the only way to go.

Wow, sounds like a little Remote employee’s feelings are hurt and they are frightened by the possibility of working in an office.

Fu-k y’all for assuming remote employees don’t do their job. Y’all are letting these high up clowns turn y’all against each other. Y’all wanna sit here and preach about going to business support because numbers are power (which won’t do a fu--ing thing because their mind is made up) while y’all equally rip on your teammates who are in the same fu--ing boat you’re in.

We need to contact Business Support and Your Connection and question how some employees have remote status… then propose the question How can I get that same Remote Status. It’s only requesting for equal and equitable treatment.

If we all make this request it will display power In numbers, that’s how changes are made within organizations.

Many of those positions are on extended severance or moving

I am highly certain all remote positions are moving to Houston. I’m one of them being asked to relocate. Thanks, but no thanks. I’ll pass and take the severance.

100%! If we are "better together", we should ALL be together. No more cherry picking teams and individuals to be an exception to a rule we all had to abide by or face discipline or termination. All remote jobs should have to move to Houston too! Enough with the games.

If we have to relocate so should all remote employees, it is very discriminatory to make Canonsburg people uproot families and disrupt lives while letting remote employees perform very minimal work from home adding zero value to our commitment of working as a Team. Remember Together Is Better!
Remote employees do not fit into Crown’s business model, it’s a Fact not an opinion.
