How long of a delay will Broadcom be willing to put up with? How many extensions do they have left?

Hock will get it done on 30th.
I can see where you are right about China wanting to flex, but stopping a merge is Lina Khan's wet dream
I can’t see Broadcom letting this get in their way. Both AVGO and VMware are saying that the deal will close at the end of October. Why say that if it isn’t going to happen. They could just decline to comment. One the other hand the reports in the market are that China dragging this out means the deal can’t close. So who’s right.
Biden doesn’t care about us but China very much cares about not showing weakness. It would look weak if they just ok this deal especially with the news about AI chips just off the press.
If this is one of China's ways of retaliating at the Biden administration, it seems weak. The f*ck would Biden care if this deal goes through.
There will be no delay! The deal will be close on 30th.
27th is the last day of VMWare. Some people will leave with millions of $$$$$.
sorry pajeets, no matter how much you try to FUD this, it's still going through, you're still getting fired, even nutanix isn't falling for this nonsense you're spamming.
I don't think the deal will go through. Like Qualcomm-NXP and Intel-Tower, BC will give up.
The very last contractural outside date is Nov 26, and that is the active extension agreed to by both companies. If that date is exceeded, this carriage turns back into a pumpkin.
\/\/...LMAO!
No delay. You will stop visiting this forum soon. Offers coming.
