Merit increase was approved and would be "Effective" October 1st. Did anyone (eligible) receive a dime?

As someone else stated, in TAM, some teams were provided completely inaccurate depictions of our merits, and got “whoops, our bad” when we started noticing the amount on our paystubs were not matching what we were told by our new manager. I’m extremely disgruntled and although, my raise was on the high end of the spectrum, due to my OWN pushing the previous years performance as an “exceptional”, 6% is not the same as the 12% I was emailed and told I would be receiving! I’m not sure in what world this company thinks it’s appropriate to evaluate our wages and say 40k is sufficient amount of money to pay bills and try to lead a happy life outside of work, but I am barely making it paycheck to paycheck and to not feel appreciated in my role or as a PERSON, is an even bigger slap in the face!

TAM received an increase, but some were told they would receive XX amount and then given a much lower increase than expected. When the discrepancy was brought to management attention they replied with "Oops! We made a mistake, but this is a great increase compared to years past"

Some in our office did (UK), but we were also told that getting a salary increase does not mean we won't get laid off. So we may have been sacked before we get the first payment, which is ironic.

In Print we did but we'll get laid off soon. Also TAM got increases.
