Ehh not me. Nope. With all the BS going on from RTO to botched layoffs I'm content with watching it collapse from the inside.

Fascinating to see how quickly leadership managed to tank morale and productivity. All that's left is resentment and spite.

Absolutely agree. Layoffs are a tell-tale sign of a failed corporation. Leaving and going to a well-managed company that has competent leadership is the best thing to do for those who have the talent.

Not many employers are hiring in the 4th quarter.

The entire board needs to go every single one of them is either clueless or simply does not care.

There are smart reasons to stay as well. As awful as the August wave was, 90+% of employees kept their jobs. Mine was negatively impacted by the losses on my team but remains better than my options elsewhere for multiple reasons. I'm fully expecting more layoffs and might get hit, but even in the most catastrophic scenario my odds wouldn't be worse than 50%.

Though nothing is black and white, in this situation it’s a lock that it would be wise to explore other means of employment. The C-suite team is disconnected from humanity unless one of them gets a hangnail, then we hear all the details in an effort to appear more human. Mid-level executives do not push back against catastrophic layoff execution. and claim they had no choice but to do what they did. BS. The business damage being caused now by our inability to execute on what customers need and expect will ensure more lost revenue and additional future layoffs. Ask yourself if you have heard any concrete plans for growth in all sectors of this “enterprise”. All I hear and read is their continued hollow marketing tripe and their latest excess spending. This board doesn’t even listen when pharmacists tell them their policies and practices are endangering lives! Disclosure: I was not impacted by the layoff. I chose to leave and respect it is not easy to switch jobs and employers. Protect yourself and your loved ones and think about what is best for you.
