Hi everyone! Is there anyone who knows until when we can accept COBRA and when our benefits come to an end?

Cobra?
You're a disease, and I'm the cure
Is that the Executive’s thought process?
Usually you have 60 days from your separation date to elect whether to obtain COBRA, and the election is made retroactive to the separation date.
Accordingly, if you think you will get another job with health benefits within that 60 day window, it probably doesn’t make sense to elect for COBRA immediately upon separation.
Same goes if you don’t expect any health issues during the 60 day period—but if you unexpectedly have something pop up, then elect for COBRA then to get coverage.
Note that if you do elect COBRA retroactively, you do have to pay the premiums for the previous months.
But, yeah, all of this should be in any separation materials you receive.
I believe it’s 2 months but it should be clearly explained to you
