This is what sociopaths do. Smile while they're ruining 1300+ people's lives.
I was eating blueberries while I watched that id--tic video. I started lobbing them at my screen; gave myself 100 points every time I hit that sociopath on the nose.
And no, I am not moving to Houston. Everybody from my team that I have talked to has said the same.

Come on guys! We have all those cheap youngsters from the emerging leaders program to take over the company. That’s why the program existed. Bright eyed and bushy tailed college kids who’ll be the new purple.

It’s a RIF in disguise. They say roles will be backfilled but so many have already been told their roles have been eliminated. Believing what the grape ape says or use your brain, fool!

People, this is not a RIF. The employee number isn't being reduced. They are backfilling your position if you decide not to stay with the company and move to Houston.
It was incredibly disturbing today. An hour long meeting finished in 5min. Then he crawled right back into his hole from which he came.
He stood there as if he didn't just ruin so many lives this week. All sunshine and rainbows, while disguising our 2nd RIF. Nobody wants to move to Houston, Jay! That's all part of the plan, though. We aren't stupid.

You know you feel right now that you hate this place and want to quit but can’t. That’s how he is feeling so give cut him some slack. He is waiting to get his package just like the rest of us.
How is this person still running this company??? He has destroyed every shed left of. The company I once loved and proudly work for, doesn’t exist anymore. That is some weak leadership!!!
