Can we collectively sue CC? I mean seriously, what the heck are we doing letting them f us over like this. Not sure of the legality, but this is total BS.

Pa is a right to work state. They don’t need a reason to close an office and lay everyone off. other corporations in this area have done the same thing in the past. I personally have had this happen to me many times in my career. Remember the steel mills leaving the area and causing a massive change to Pittsburgh.
The carefully chosen during round 1 were exceptionally diverse so JB and LN can check off the diversity complaint on the company survey. Makes me sick
Union can’t stop this, all they can really do is get you severance, since they are already offering without a union its useless. On top of that many states have at will employment meaning they can let people go without giving reason.
The company is consolidating for one of 2 reasons
- avoiding bankruptcy
- pushing funds to one area then spitting the company prior to bankrupting the usless portion.

If enough people just fill out that form for the union, we can get their attention for sure.
How do we find the lawsuits we can jump in on?
