More layoffs today in GPS Execute and Embed, it seems that there are silent layoffs going on right now.

There was 40% layoff on Friday in TA.
It used to be a great company to work for. Things slowly changed after they went public. The pandemic changed things a lot more. I'm afraid they've lost their way. Instead of the mentality 'people first' it is now dollars first. There are a lot of people that could speak up and fix things but there is a fear that speaking up will cost you your job. Managers pad metrics and try to look like things are 'in the green' so they aren't on the chopping block. Employees have an inward mindset and want to make themselves look better than their co-workers so they are 'safe'. They need to overhaul the top management (L6+) and create an environment where you are not afraid to speak up if something needs fixing. People should not be viewed as a problem - the problem should be viewed as the problem. People should be the solution, not an expendable resource.
