Nah. Just pay them what they’re really worth. My manager makes about 115k a year, does not have a college degree, had never worked one day in our craft, has horrible skills, can’t make good decisions and makes little to no contributions to anything productive. He is seriously worth about 75k at the most. He does not deserve to be off once a week for a month.
RULA where the management got a week vacation every month.. And still were making too much $
