There are so many entitled UK and EMEA employees who have been at VMW for 12-15+ yrs who are basically coasting. Not seeing customers, not really working beyond travelling from presentation to presentation. You know who you are. It’s not sustainable people. You have to work hard. You’re not selling you’re just coasting. It’s not sustainable in Hocks world. Gravy train has gone. I could name at least 10 people who fit this catagory.

Why do you care though? Those roles will probably get trimmed. I agree we have a lot of people paid silly money that don’t seem to do a lot but it doesn’t bother me, I don’t really think about it.
There’s 6-7 who were at the UK national VMUG who fit this. Fluffy OCTO roles with 10+yrs tenure, typical of the old VMware, redundant in Hocks world. You work it out.
