Q1 will be hopeless. It's perpetually our worst quarter, and it will only be worsened by unprecedentedly low sales. More layoffs are looming on the horizon, yet once again our senior leadership team/executive leadership team will remain untouched. An absolute disaster.

The egos of the ELT & other Sr Mgmt won’t allow the appropriate change to happen and the lack of trust they have in people doing the jobs they are paid to do is what will continue the downward spiral. The constant finger pointing is a distraction from the current Sr Mgmt team’s lack of ability and accountability to do their actual jobs.
