How Tracey Brown still has a job at Walgreens. There can be no logical reason for keeping her....none. How unfair and inappropriate given all the talent Walgreens has released or chased away. The entire Board should be ashamed of themselves....and resign. Disgraceful.

Did anyone at the support office watch the meeting with her last week? While Tim was sitting right beside her she’s clearly bored and grabs papers and starts reading over them totally likes she’s going over urgent paperwork. Rude and disengaged - he’s talking right beside her and should be more respectful. This company is a joke. Loved how Tim said he’s doing us a favor by only making us come back 3 days per week. Confirmed they paid $12 million to buy the 200 building back. I’d much rather have my cost of living merit increase.
If she got fired, she would weasel her way into another company and destroy that one too. Do the right thing folks. Isolate her so she can’t inflict more damage. Maybe suggest she visit more stores to get the pulse. Like one every day. Have someone at each store watch her and blow smoke up her butt saying how great and wonderful she is.
Honestly, so burned out with this company, couldn't care less about the future of Walgreens.
Removing her would require admitting she's a failure.......and their DEI % would decrease. She is exactly what's wrong with this company. So many employee's lives destroyed by this company by leaders who meet "check box" criteria but have no true qualifications.......really sad.
