Latest Pulse Survey

Latest Employee Survey is not anonymous entirely. First page has a disclaimer that few people in CVS will have access to individuals details. Any one else notice that?

If I have any inkling that my leadership know how I responded or my comments and they are used against me I am calling a lawyer

If I responded poorly and made a comment and was let go I'd be talking to a lawyer asap.

It was never anonymous. It was also never used to improve internal management or processes. Instead, the survey was used to identify and remove discontented associates.

What a sham. So they only want to hear positive comments. Noticed that there is not much push from senior leadership to complete the survey. In Digital if honest feedback was given it would show how badly the group is run. Autocratic management like Infosys or TCS.

They are NEVER anonymous and can be used to remove people.

A few years ago, a coworker, bragged that they were brutally honest on the survey. Next round of layoffs that person was gone.

There are no coincidences.

No, but I always assumed that was the case. We had to log in after all. I rated everything a 3.
