Etrade customer service su-ks after conversion from VMW to AVGO.
Wait times over 30 mins to 1 hr.
Either Broadcom or Etrade has su-ked our money for cash related to fractional shares.
We are individually and collectively losing here.

This is why I'm so glad that I sold most of my VMW RSUs long before the AVGO acquisition closed. In hindsight, I was just lucky because I had no idea we would have so many problems with the transition to Broadcom shares.
