The donation is made to offset the windfall profits he and his family received on the completed sale of VMware. There are no flies on MSD and any of his family members and if there are they are paying rent.

That’s called a shell company…it’s BS company which allows these assh*les to skirt the line of accounting. If he was a saint he’d work towards keeping his IC’s, understand that the people of his company do the work and have some humility. He put computers together and sold them on the internet.
